Buttock augmentation with silicone implants offers permanent results. If your body does not have a tendency to accumulate fat or you stay in line with exercises and healthy life, the only surgery that allows you to make your buttocks larger is a silicone implant, since there is no possibility of collecting enough fat to resort to a fat transfer. The effect is more noticeable when combined with liposuction on the thighs and waist. The surgeon makes a small incision of 5 and 7 cm between both buttocks, within the depression that separates them. Through this incision, it forms a pocket inside each buttock to house the cohesive silicone gel implants.

Buttock implant surgery lasts 2 to 3 hours and you will rest 4 to 6 hours after surgery in the hospital. The anesthesia can be local, epidural, or general.
